SCHEDULE:

Rotating 1st shift schedule!

• 5:00am

• 1:30pm Monday-Friday

• 5:00am

• 3:30pm Monday-Thursday

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for operation of cutting, edging/seaming machines. Must produce a finished product within standard tolerance.

• Must have the ability to set up, operate and perform basic maintenance on all machines (cutter) within the department

• Pre-stage raw material (glass) according to work orders and place finish product in appropriate staging areas in accordance with established glass handling guidelines

• Gripping, cupping and clamping hand and wrist motions are required to support, carry and maneuver glass/objects to platform heights of three feet in a manner considered safe for self and other

• Work is physical in nature requiring ability to lift up to 75 pounds on a regular basis (sometimes overhead)

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Required

• 1 year of manufacturing/production/machine operating experience

• Preferred

• Ability to use a forklift and overhead crane

• Preferred

• Experience with hand and power tools

• Preferred

• Mechanical aptitude

• Preferred
