Volt is immediately hiring for Machine Operator in Chesterfield, Missouri

As a Machine Operator, you will:

• Primary duties include safely performing a wide range of tasks that include stacking corrugated product, conducting quality checks, material set-up, and maintaining a clean and organized work space.

• Operate various manufacturing equipment, follow specific direction, operate power hand tools, and other duties as assigned.

• Maintain a clean work environment.

• Read a tape measure and have basic math and computer skills.

• Work safely and comply with all safety regulations.

• Lift, push or pull 50lbs, navigate stairs, stand, walk, bend, and kneel throughout the entire shift.

• Required to work daily overtime, weekend work and various shifts depending on your position.

This is a Full Time opportunity.

Schedule:

3rd shift

• 7:00 pm

• 7:00 am (rotating days off schedule)

The ideal candidate will have:

• High school diploma or equivalent Military training and or Technical School highly desired

• Forklift Certified experience highly desired

• Capable of using tools and lifting heavy objects

• Safety shoes/steel toe shoes

Pay Rate: $20.00 /Hourly

• Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
