Business Unit:

Hadrian is a worldwide supplier of quality toilet partition and locker products. Hadrian was the first manufacturer to powder coat toilet partitions and has continued to embrace new technologies and materials in order to offer architects, designers and end-users more flexibility in design. Hadrian's wide range of toilet partition products includes; powder coated metal, stainless steel, embossed stainless steel, and solid plastic. Lockers are available in Emperor (corridor), Gladiator (athletic) and replacement front styles.

Job Description

• Sets up and operates production machines and required gauging in accordance with established procedures and guidelines

• Reads and interprets blueprints and diagrams to select, position and secure machinery

• Adjusts machine settings to complete tasks accurately, according to specifications, and in a timely fashion

• Updates shipping information in computer system when required

• Wraps/crates completed orders, loads/unloads trucks

• Operates forklift

• Completes a variety of tasks within a department (may be Press Shop, Assembly Lines, Paint Line or Shipping)

• Picking material, by maintaining quantity accuracy

Qualifications

• High school diploma or its equivalent (Preferred). May have to complete an apprenticeship and/or formal training in area of specialty with 2-3 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.

• Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

• Good communication skills

• Follows direction and ability to work with minimal supervision

• Ability and desire to learn

• Reliable (i.e. on time, does what is asked)

• Physically capable of performing the job

• Exercises good judgement and shows initiative

• Good computer skills, data entry and MS office

• Performs a variety of tasks.

• Works under general supervision. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. Typically reports to a supervisor/manager.

Moderate physical demand required to insert tooling, set up work centers, inspect workpieces and make machine adjustments, which is equivalent to continuously lifting or moving light weight material.
