Overview:

This position is responsible for the set up and operation of the HUB on the trimsaw. This position is fast paced with a high level of responsibility(crucial to quality).

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate HUB on HMI screen

• Ensure inkjet and barcode labelers are functioning to label each door correctly.

• Read/interpret travelers to meet stacking requirements.

• Prep area with cardboard and clean the line(photo eyes) to maximize productivity daily.

• Inspect all doors and communicate with trimsaw operators to fix defects.

• Perform multiple checks to ensure good quality is passed; poor quality removed from the line.

• Assist with performing minor maintenance and upkeep of labelers.

• Constant communication with team and supervision is a must.

• Follow safety and process procedures; guard and tools checks

• Other duties as assigned by supervisor/management

Minimum Qualifications and Experience Requirements:

• Education: High School Diploma or GED

• Experience: 2-3 years machining experience

• Certifications/Licenses: Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO)

• Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Ability to use basic hand and power tools; wrenches, mallet, and operating door feeder

• Knowledge of all aspects of the Trimsaw machine; including maintenance, mechanical understanding and blade changes

• Knowledge of production schedules/tickets and order tracking

• Proficient computer skills with ability to pick up new programs quickly; AX experience a plus

• Excellent communication, organization and paperwork skills

• Fast paced with a high level of responsibility

• Work independently with minimal supervision

• Must have high attention to detail and quality
