Machine Operator

• CIP (Clean in Place) process

• Change overprocess to accommodate flavors, formats and sizes

• Load boxes into feed

• Load materials and supplies for the production line

• Operate Pallet Jack

• Remove samples (cases)

• Enter data into computer

• Preferred High school diploma or equivalent

• Ability to operate powered industrial vehicles

• Manufacturing experience

• Experience within a food/beverage environment is preferred.

• Shift flexibility where weekends and nights may be required

• Must have the ability to work under pressure and potentially stressful conditions

• Must be self-motivated and a self-starter

• You have a high school diploma or equivalent

• You are willing and able to perform all jobs in the Production Business Unit (filling and packaging).

• You are aware that unless otherwise directed by management, machine operators will rotate among themselves and be responsible for the designated line.

• You are able and willing to be responsible for minor repairs and adjustments

• You will assist in training of operators

• You will consult with management in developing, improving, and modifying standard operating procedures (SOP's) and training manuals

• You work in conjunction with maintenance on maintenance and preventive maintenance functions within business units

• You will help in establishment of equipment set points
