  • Maintains the operation of different machinery throughout the facility.
  • Completes Work Order Forms for Parts
  • Completes diagnostics and troubleshooting by analyzing equipment/machinery
  • Care and cleaning of tooling and machinery required for production.
Machine Operator Qualifications:
  • 1+ years machine operator experience
  • 2+ year experience in manufacturing/factory setting preferred
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Analytical basic math skills able to calculate material needs, materials completed, project completion, count.
  • Read/write/understand instructions, schedules, markings, prints etc.
  • Must be a team player with good communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to complete all required paperwork
  • Successful candidate has to be able to perform duties with minimum supervision
1st shift: 6:30am to 5:15pm
Overnight shift: 5:15pm to 4:00am
Pay is based on experience

Product engineering, new product development and testing is performed on site. This facility also does repair and overhaul of tubes, ducts and manifolds.</p><p>Our operations have been part of the Beavercreek community for over 70 years!! We work together to make the impossible happen and we are looking for people like YOU to join us!!</p><p>Job Description</p><p>Wages are $19.00-$22.00 per hour based on experience</p><p>Initial training will be on day shift.</p><p>Essential Responsibilities:</p><ul><li><p>Set up, operate, edit, and program a variety of computerized machines, such as Furnaces, Lasers, Robots, Coherent General (8-Axis), Presses and/or Benders to customers' specifications and drawing requirements.</p></li><li><p>Test new tooling and/or dies and makes recommendations for modifications.</p></li><li><p>Perform regular preventative maintenance and ensure tools are accurately calibrated prior to use</p></li><li><p>Operate machine(s) in a prescribed safe manner.</p></li><li><p>Train and work with all areas of the Cell to run other processes as needed.</p></li><li><p>Will use a computer daily (checking email, viewing/downloading shop drawings and instructions)</p></li></ul><p>Job Requirements:</p><ul><li><p>Ability to use standards shop measuring devices (calipers and micrometers)</p></li><li><p>Ability to read and interpret blueprints</p></li><li><p>Ability to exert 10 pounds of force frequently.
