What will you be doing?

As a skilled and experienced Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the infrastructure and systems for deploying and managing machine learning models. You will work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and cross-functional teams to ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of our machine Learning Operations and processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Be an equal member of a cohesive and selfless team.

  • Take complete ownership of your work with the goal of exceeding customer expectations.

  • Design and implement scalable machine learning systems and infrastructure.

Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation processes for model deployment.

  • Optimize data pipelines for preprocessing, feature engineering, and model training.

  • Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure seamless integration of Machine Learning models into production.

  • Monitor and optimize the performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency of Machine Learning systems.

  • Implement robust monitoring and alerting systems for deployed models.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve performance, reliability, and security issues.

  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in machine learning, DevOps, and cloud technologies.

  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members.

  • Flexibility to work as a member of matrix-based diverse and geographically distributed project teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • A combination of education, training and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree

  • A minimum of 3 years' progressive experience in a related field

  • 3+ years of experience in machine learning or software engineering roles.

  • Preferred License/Certifications AWS: Cloud practitioner, WS: Machine Learning, Azure Certified Data Scientist: Fundamental Level, Azure Certified Data Engineer: Fundamental Level, SnowPro Core Certification

  • Strong knowledge of machine learning concepts, algorithms, and frameworks

  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python

  • Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud and related services

  • Solid understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code tools

  • Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker) and orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes)

  • Demonstrated experience deploying and managing machine learning models in production

  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
