Our team members have gained relevant experience while leading strategic initiatives within the civilian and IC Government agencies.RCS is seeking a skilled Machine Learning Engineer with expertise in data processing, machine learning, and software development to join our dynamic team.  As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, testing, and deploying machine learning models and data pipelines. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our solutions are scalable, reliable, and effectively meet the needs of our stakeholders.Clearance:  Active TS/SCI w Poly a MustResponsibilities

• Develop and maintain Python programming packages, including REST APIs and microservices.
• Create and test reusable Python code for various machine learning applications.
• Implement machine learning techniques, including natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision.
• Utilize Linux operating systems and automate workflows using Bash scripting.
• Use data engineering tools like Apache Nifi to preprocess, modify, aggregate, load, index, and archive large datasets.
• Perform ETL processes to ingest structured and unstructured data into downstream systems with high accuracy and reliability.
• Model, structure, clean, and condition data from diverse sources and formats.
• Utilize Elasticsearch and Kibana technologies for data indexing and visualization.
• Manage code repositories using Git and develop robust documentation for code and data science methodologies.
• Explain complex technical issues to junior data scientists through graphical, verbal, or written formats.
• Deliver results to stakeholders through comprehensive documentation and oral briefings.
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.

• Experience with Nutanix or NetApps.
• Demonstrated on-the-job experience developing Python programming packages, including REST APIs and microservices.
• Proficiency in developing and testing reusable Python code.
• Experience with machine learning techniques, including NLP and computer vision.
• Proficiency in using Linux OS and automating workflows with Bash scripting.
• Experience with Apache Nifi for data preprocessing and management.
• Proficiency in ETL processes for structured and unstructured data.
• Experience with data modeling, structuring, cleaning, and conditioning.
• Proficiency in Elasticsearch and Kibana.
• Experience using Git for code repository management.
• Strong documentation skills for code and methodologies.
• Ability to explain complex technical issues to junior data scientists.
• Strong communication skills for delivering results to stakeholders.

• Experience with cloud services such as AWS.
• Proficiency in big data processing tools like Apache Spark or Trino.
• Experience with container frameworks such as Docker or Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau.

• At least 10 years of relevant experience in machine learning engineering, data engineering, or software development.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Master's degree: At least two to four years of relevant experience.
• Ph.D. or equivalent: At least one to three years of relevant experience.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Machine Learning, Google Professional Machine Learning Engineer, Certified Kubernetes Administrator) are highly desirable.
