MAC (Move, Add & Change) Lead

Anser Advisory is looking for a Move, Add & Change Analyst to join their team. This position will supervise the execution of all on/off boarding's, MAC activities. This position functions as the key interface and point-of-contact for employee on/off boarding's and moves and is responsible for the oversight of MAC Analysts, IT technician and external furniture's providers for day-to-day facilities office and space requirements.

Job Duties

• This position will supervise external furniture & moves vendor performance in accordance with Company workspace standards and policies, and for fulfilling workspace requests in accordance with office standards, procedures, and processes. This position will report to and communicate frequently with the CRE Space Portfolio Manager to determine short-term plans for growth, including HR On/Off Boarding's and furniture reconfiguration plans. This position Supervises furniture and moves vendor performance to contract terms, including budget, schedule, and quality standards.

• Working with both the CRE drawing management lead and the furniture moves vendor, this position will be responsible for overseeing the continuous development and maintenance of accurate floor plans and occupancy information for the entire territory.

• Supervise the furniture moves vendor execution of all Moves, Adds & Change (MAC) activities, functioning as the key interface and point-of-contact for employee moves.

• Monitor, report and escalate effective workflow in order to maintain positive key performance indicators related to customer/business partner satisfaction.

• Interact effectively with CRE business partners (including Space Portfolio Manager) to ensure a full understanding of short and long-term plans.

• Report monthly progress of the operations to the CRE Space Portfolio Manager, Principal Manager, Director peers and clients (managers, directors and/or executives).

• Determines methods and procedures on new assignments and may coordinate activities of other team members.

• As a project Supervisor, resolves issues and ensures task completion by establishing properties and resolving conflicts with team members.

• Supports annual budget process for MAC.

• Oversight of furniture moves vendor installation and project schedules.

• Validation of furniture moves vendor performance quality and accuracy of furniture installations.

• Review of designs and space plans to ensure compliance with Furniture Standards

Qualifications

• 7 to 10 of relevant Experience in an internal CRE environment managing space/occupancy, MAC - Moves Adds Change.

• Bachelor's degree or certification in related real estate or architectural and project management specialty fields.

• Certifications or memberships from one of the following professional organizations: PMI, BOMA, IFMA, CoreNet Global.

$130,000 - $160,000 a year
