Manager and Director levels:

8 - 10+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience, recent consulting experience is "highly desired.
Strong M&A IT experience covering Application and Infrastructure Rationalization, and overall IT Strategy in M&A environment
Delivering IT Strategies driven both from a top down analysis starting with an articulated business strategy and a bottom up technology capability analysis. Experiences include: IT/Business Alignment, IT Transformation, IT Organization/Operating Models, IT Assessment/Due Diligence

Assisting clients in formalizing the tools and processes needed to understand how IT resources and programs create shareholder (business) value, and how to improve IT resource allocation to maximize value. Experiences include: IT Performance Management, IT Portfolio Management, IT Sourcing/Outsourcing/Offshoring, IT Cost Reduction, etc.
Knowledge of Cloud Migration/Standup is a plus.

Job Description Ascent services clients with net worths in excess of $75MM, with average client assets above $100MM. The Managing Director, Investments (MDI) is the lead investment professional responsible for the management of investment advice and strategies to an exclusive group of ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients. In this role, the MDI leads the investment function on the regional team and is ultimately responsible for a book of investment client relationships. The MDI leads the coordination of client communications for their investment team to deliver asset management oversight, asset allocation, manager selection and due diligence coordination of all client relationships within their book of business. The MDI participates in and contributes to the investment strategy and platform development across the broader Wealth Management organization. In addition, they have a key role in developing Ascent's presence in the UHNW market including representation of the business segment in the region and at community events along with developing and closing new business opportunities. The MDI will manage complex client relationships with families or individuals that have a least $75mm in net worth.
