The role reports to the M&A integration office of HP. It is mostly focused on leading a diverse nature of strategic initiatives in the M&A Field, such as Compliance, Testing processes, PMO, Integration Assessments & workshops. Most of the work is cross functional and global in nature and sponsored directly by C-suite executives. The role requires strong leadership and Project management skills to lead groups of senior team members as well as the ability to communicate effective with Senior Executives.

  • Applies developed subject matter knowledge to solve common and complex business issues within established guidelines, seeks approval and implement appropriate alternatives

  • Leads projects E2E to ensure those meet all scope, time, budget and quality expectations trough planning controlling and management. It includes financials, business impact quantification and report out.

  • Manages internal, as well as external resources with a team size generally of up to 30 people

Key requirements

  • Senior Project Management experience (5+ years) is preferred

  • M&A integration experience is desirable

  • Education: Business or Engineering background. MBA is desirable

  • PMP & Six Sigma certifications are a plus, not absolutely required.

  • Skills:

  • Strong written (email, power point) communication skills across multiple levels of the organization (Senior executives, Managers and SMEs).

  • Ability to lead diverse, cross functional, global and senior teams

  • Deep understanding of Business and Operating Models in the high tech industry

  • Comfortable working on a fast pace environment, able to manage constant changes of direction and priorities

  • Clear thinking, inquisitive, structured, organized, creative, story teller, high sense of urgency, flexible, resilient and self-motivated

  • Ability lead a group in finding resolution of abstract/complex business problems

  • Average 25% of time traveling, can take up to 50% during peak periods
