Leidos is hiring a Senior M365 Developer/Administrator on the ESA V program, in Washington, DC. ESA V is an IT applications and infrastructure services program supporting several customers within the Department of Justice (DOJ). The program provides a range of IT services, including software application support, enterprise infrastructure support, service desk, ITSM, deskside support, workstation engineering and maintenance, telecommunications and mobility engineering services, managed print services, Active Directory services, and video conferencing.
This position is required to be onsite 2 days a week in Washington, DC metro area at one of the primary customer (CRM) locations. The other 3 days are worked remotely from home.
Candidate selected will be subject to a Government Public Trust security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to the customer's information. Current clearance is not required, but selected individual cannot start the assignment until the required security clearance is granted by the customer. This process is currently taking 12+ weeks.
This position provides dedicated M365 development and administration support to the Criminal Division (CRM) customer. The ideal candidate will be personable and articulate and will focus on making sure that the customer's needs are met quickly and effectively. He or she will be a self-starter who can work with limited supervision. Excellent communication skills are required to effectively interface with customers to understand requirements and mission needs, and then be able to translate them into actions.
The tasks required for this position include:
Design, update, and maintain a collaborative solutions-based framework of websites and portals in a Microsoft SharePoint Online and M365 environment using Microsoft's Power Platform (Dataverse, PowerApps, PowerAutomate etc.)
Oversee SharePoint Online Enterprise administrative functions to include task execution using Central Administration and PowerShell. Support the installation, configuration, security, operation, and maintenance of servers, equipment, and software related to SharePoint Online infrastructure.
Manages, maintain, and administer multiple Microsoft SharePoint Online Enterprise Instances including daily monitoring of event logs, troubleshooting and performance analysis to monitor overall health.
Participate in planning and execution of tasks related to the evaluation of new SharePoint based initiatives including version upgrades, security patching, and integration with additional enterprise systems.
Perform integration, development, and maintenance of SharePoint Online with Dataverse and Power Apps.
Ensures implementation of governance and best practices in M365 environment.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree and 12-15 years experience, or a Masters degree with 10+ years experience. High school diploma with an additional 4 years experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
SharePoint development and administration experience
.NET development and maintenance experience
Scripting experience, including Windows PowerShell
Experience establishing goals and meeting project plan objectives
Excellent communication skills
Customer interface experience
Excellent teamwork skills
Desired Skills:
Experience with SharePoint 2019
SharePoint Designer experience
Familiarity with Oracle databases
Experience troubleshooting operational issues
Government contracting experience, particularly with the DOJ

Salary for this position: $165K - $175K

Pay Range:
Pay Range $122,200.00 - $220,900.00
