Technical/Functional Skills • Designing and developing custom SharePoint solutions based on business requirements.

• Creating, configuring, and providing guidance on SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, workflows, and web parts.

• Providing support to Integrate SharePoint with other business applications.

• Providing technical support for SharePoint users.

• Developing and implementing SharePoint security and access controls.

• Monitoring SharePoint performance and troubleshooting issues.

• Should have strong knowledge on SharePoint Online environment.

• Should know the difference types of Sites used in SharePoint Online.

• Should know the restructuring process from Classic to Modern SharePoint.

• Inactive / Ownerless site content management

• Must have clear understanding around Retention Labels

• Must have knowledge on SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business Limitations and Knowns issues.

• Hands on experience on Metadata, crawled properties, managed properties, Content

• Types, Workflows, User Profiles and SharePoint Online Search.

• Must be aware of latest and deprecated features in SharePoint online.

• Should have basic knowledge on DirSync, Azure ADSync, or Azure ADConnect.

• Must know how Point in time restore works in SharePoint Online.

• Good Knowledge on retention policy, DLP and E-discovery hold.

• Should have knowledge on OneDrive for Business sync issues.

• Should have understanding about office 365 groups and Permissions in SharePoint Online.

• Office 365 Licensing.

• Should have basic knowledge on Fiddler, Search Query tools and SharePoint Designer

• Subsite Restructuring and Governance with respect to Teams Site Creation and Groups Creation

• Power Platform, Exchange and Teams will be an added advantage.

• Miro, Smartsheet & Slido Administration

• AvePoint Opus, Cohestiy, ShareGate, Implementation & Administration.

• Streams Classic Migration experience
