The System Engineering Team is looking for a Cost Account Manager (CAM). As the CAM, you will support a diverse team of engineers for this software development program.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • CAM serving with a cross-disciplinary team of engineers

  • Management of the team's cost and schedule, including Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) development and maintenance and Earned Value Management (EVMS) techniques

This CAM interfaces with the other IPT CAMs, IPT Leads, Program Operations Manager, and the Program Engineer.

Clearance Requirements:

An active and in-scope Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) U.S. security clearance

Hires, for this position, are eligible to receive a $25,000.00 signing bonus, when hired with a verified "Active" TS/SCI or higher clearance

Required Skills:

  • Demonstrated engineering leadership experience with proven track record

  • Experience with complex satellite ground systems, particularly command and control functionality

  • Experience in change management and cost estimation.

  • Demonstrated ability to effectively work with and communicate with all levels of management and individual contributors on the program team

  • Capable of becoming Earned Value Management System (EVMS) certified within 6 months

  • Thorough Systems Engineering experience

  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite

Desired Skills:

  • Systems, Test, and/or Software Engineering experience on a large government software development contract

  • Experience in Systems Engineer process development and deployment

  • Qualified Raytheon Six Sigma Specialist or equivalent

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree is required. STEM degree is preferred. Along with 5 years' of relevant experience - OR

  • Master's Degree STEM preferred with 3 years' of relevant experience
