The primary responsibility of the M life Representative is to provide service to guests and specifically to guests at the M life desk, by enrolling them in the M life program. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and property policies, practices, and procedures.

  • Assists players with all requests in a professional and timely manner.

  • Explains the M life program in detail and redeems guests' points.

  • Evaluates members' play and issues comps based on established M life guidelines.

  • Utilizes all aspects of the Player Tracking System.

  • Answers any questions and addresses any problems with players as well as Slot Hosts.

  • Stays informed about all Slot Division activities and Bellagio events.

  • Inputs all player information into the database system and issues Players Club cards.

  • Communicates new ideas to upper management in order to improve productivity.

  • Complies with all company regulations and policies.

  • Performs all other job related duties as requested.

Required:

  • At least 6 months of customer service experience.

  • Excellent public relations and communication skills.

  • Excellent customer service skills.

  • Have interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts.

  • Professional appearance and demeanor.

  • Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Working knowledge of Player Tracking systems.

  • Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral forms.

Preferred:

  • Bilingual.

  • Previous experience working in a similar resort setting.

All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and property policies, practices, and procedures. * Maintains a professional, friendly and courteous atmosphere that provides guests with an exceptional gaming experience and ensure efficient operations. * Assists guests, players, and Slot Hosts with all requests in a professional and timely manner. * Explains the Mlife program in detail. * Effectively markets the Players Club program to all new casino guests and actively enrolls new members. * Evaluates members' play and issues complementary amenities based on established guidelines. * Utilizes all aspects of the Player Tracking System. * Stays informed about all Slot Division activities and events. * Maintains general knowledge of the property as well as slot floor layout, mix, etc. * Inputs all player information into the database system and issues MLife cards. * Complies with all company regulations and policies. * Performs all other job related duties as requested. Required: * At least 21 years of age. * Excellent customer service skills. * Have interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts. * Professional appearance and demeanor. * Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays. * High school diploma or equivalent. * Ability to effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral forms.
