The Players Club Representative directs guest relationships and educates the guests on the benefits of the Players Club.

  • Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies/service procedures/standards.

  • Maintain complete knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment. Use equipment only as intended.

  • Anticipate guests' needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests, however busy and whatever time of day.

  • Maintain positive guest relations at all times.

  • Approach guests on the Casino floor for membership enrollment.

  • Resolve guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction.

  • Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned work areas.

  • Set up and organize work station with designated supplies, forms and resource materials; report shortages to supervisor.

  • Open Players Club booth following the department's standards and guidelines.

  • Check bulletin board for all daily and updated information as related to Casino/Hotel daily operations.

  • Review daily event calendar to familiarize with daily activities.

  • Check the office and Players Club supplies.

  • Review the daily departmental logbook.

  • Greet guest at the entrance, slot club booth, and throughout the property.

  • Exercise a professional and friendly attitude.

  • Maintain the display area clean and organize.

  • Fill out maintenance request when necessary.

  • Be knowledgeable about the Casino/Hotel floor.

  • Explain how the Players Club card entitles customers to special benefits, including cash back, cash coupons and party invitations.

  • Able to follow the company guidelines and procedures when handling a stolen or lost Players Club card.

  • Explain to clients the guidelines for the deletion of accounts.

  • Check coupons and certificate during the shift, for authenticity.

  • Thank each guest and invite them back.

  • Close Players Club Booth ensuring all computers are off and station is clean.

  • Assist with casino event set-up, score keeping, registrations, breakdown, and gift wrapping.

  • Perform all other job related duties as requested.

Required:

  • At least 6 months of customer service experience.

  • Excellent customer service skills.

  • Have interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts.

  • Professional appearance and demeanor.

  • Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

  • Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral forms.

Preferred:

  • At least 1 year of guest service experience.

  • Working knowledge of Opera and Patron Management.

  • Bilingual.

  • Previous experience working in a similar resort setting.
