The primary responsibility of the M life Representative is to provide service to guests and specifically to guests at the M life desk, by enrolling them in the M life program. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and property policies, practices, and procedures.
Assists players with all requests in a professional and timely manner.
Explains the M life program in detail and redeems guests' points.
Evaluates members' play and issues comps based on established M life guidelines.
Utilizes all aspects of the Player Tracking System.
Answers any questions and addresses any problems with players as well as Slot Hosts.
Stays informed about all Slot Division activities and Bellagio events.
Inputs all player information into the database system and issues Players Club cards.
Communicates new ideas to upper management in order to improve productivity.
Complies with all company regulations and policies.
Performs all other job related duties as requested.
At least 6 months of customer service experience.
Excellent public relations and communication skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
Have interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Working knowledge of Player Tracking systems.
Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral forms.
Previous experience working in a similar resort setting.
