LVN Supervisor

Responsibilities of the LVN Supervisor:

• Comprehensive assessment of all potential resident functional capabilities upon admission

• Direct and supervise all resident care activities within multiple facilities

• Oversight and documentation of residents' medication administration records

• Develops and implements facility and Department organizational policies.

• Serves as the facility's representative and liaison with regulatory, community and governmental organizations on Resident Care related matters.

Qualifications of the LVN Supervisor:

• Develop and revise the resident care plans

• LVN in CA

• A minimum of five years of nursing, eldercare experience

• Strong leadership qualities

• Pleasant disposition

• RCFE experience and Title 22 regulations

• Must be able to lift weight

• Covid-19 Fully Vaccinated
