Assist with PPO and HMO membership to improve health care quality and outcomes for the customer and the client. Encourage customers to engage in their preventive health care and focus on healthy living.
Assist the Network Operations team with Stars Rating goals, Cigna Collaborative Accountable Care goals, and other miscellaneous projects. Familiar with HEDIS specifications and criteria.
Able to understand and connect with the customer. Able to place phone calls to customers regarding their health care and schedule physician office visits. Familiar with a queue line and Outlook email. Able to use Excel and keep organized call tracking logs.
Clinical License Required LVN
Managed care experience, ideally with Medicare or Medicaid HMO.
Regulatory compliance experience: CMS, HEDIS, STARS. Knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Spanish Speaking.
