LVN Homecare - Weekends

Maxim Healthcare in Denair, CA is hiring a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to work with an Adult patient in their own home providing total care. Patient has prior stroke and spinal cord injury.

Pay: $35 Per Hour Plus 4 Hours Overtime ($980 weekly gross pay)

Schedule: Every Saturday & Sunday's

Hours: 11:00 AM - 11:00 PM

Hands on training is provided and must have LVN license in order to apply

Responsibilities:

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.

• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders

• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.

• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

• Wound care cleaning

Qualifications:

• Currently licensed as an LVN in the state in which the LVN will practice.

• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.

• Current BLS card.

• Currently Physical
