Responsibilities
The Staff LVN is a practitioner who demonstrates in-depth knowledge of nursing, patient care, and the ability to practice independently within the confines of educational preparation, physician orders, and as assigned and supervised by a registered nurse.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
Graduate of accredited licensed vocational nursing program
Proof of car insurance for automobile being used
California Driver License (CA DL)
Current and valid LVN (CT LVN)
Preferred Requirements:
State licensed LVN with 1 year of nursing experience
Med/Surg or acute hospital experience
Home Health experience
