Responsibilities: attending physiatrist for general inpatient rehab unit with medically complex patients. Internal medicine consulted on all patients to co-manage medical problems and hospitalist available 24/7 for emergency response calls. Candidate is responsible for admissions discharges face to face visits ideally every day but minimum 3 days out of 7 sign preadmission screen lead and document team conference meeting IPOC forms.
