Job Description Job Description To Apply for this Job Click Here Seeking an experienced and energetic Food & Beverage Director to lead a high-volume, multi-unit operation at a luxury coastal resort. This Food and Beverage Director requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and a commitment to Southern hospitality while managing multiple outlets and elevating service standards.

Must be willing to relocate to Destin, FL. Food and Beverage Director Responsibilities: Oversee all F&B operations, including a 4-diamond fine dining restaurant, multiple outlets, and banquets Lead and develop a large team, ensuring exceptional service and operational efficiency Collaborate with culinary leadership to enhance menus and guest experiences Manage financial performance, labor costs, and inventory control Implement training programs and service standards to maintain top-tier hospitality Work closely with resort leadership to ensure seamless event execution and guest satisfaction Food and Beverage Director Qualifications: 5 years of experience as a Director of Food and Beverage in a high-volume, upscale resort Proven ability to manage at least 5 different outlets and over 100 employees at once Proven track record of managing $15 million or more in annual revenue Experience overseeing at least 40,000 sq. ft. of indoor and outdoor banquet/event space Strong leadership, training, and team development skills and extremely organized Expertise in banquets, events, and high-end dining operations Proficiency with Micros POS and restaurant technology Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment Food and Beverage Director Compensation & Benefits: $125K-$140k base salary bonus potential Career growth opportunities with a well-established hospitality group Relocation assistance available At Goodwin Recruiting we are committed to our core values.
