Luxury Residential Project Manager - Construction

If you are an Project Manager with Luxury Residential & Commercial experience, please read on Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to oversee and coordinate construction projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within scope and budget. Key Responsibilities Coordinate project schedules, resources, equipment, and information. Manage project budgets and timelines to ensure successful completion within scope.

Communicate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve project issues. Ensure adherence to all safety and building codes and regulations. Maintain accurate project documentation and progress reports.

Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals. Evaluate and mitigate project risks and ensure quality control throughout project lifecycles. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management in the residential and commercial construction industry.

Experience managing custom home or luxury home projects.

Thorough knowledge of residential architecture and construction process. Experience in managing budgets, schedules, and resources.
