Your Role As a Luxury Jewelry Sales Professional, you will work closely with our clients to provide a personalized and engaging experience. You will collaborate with our team to deliver exceptional service and foster long-term relationships.

Your responsibilities will include: Assisting clients face-to-face in our retail showroom. Designing jewelry with clients both online and in-store.

Managing communication through phone, text, email, and social media. Coordinating jewelry repair intake and custom design projects. Applying your expertise to advise on fine jewelry selections.

Leveraging our extensive client database to maintain and grow relationships. This role is an excellent fit for a self-motivated professional who values independence, creativity, and excellence in their work. What We’re Looking For We need a true jewelry professional with a passion for the industry and the ability to excel in a high-performing team.

Key skills and attributes include: Required Skills: Solid knowledge of jewelry, including repairs and design Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Proven ability to deliver exceptional client service. Excellent memory and retention. . Proficiency with digital tools (email, social media, CRM systems). Strong time management and teamwork capabilities. Preferred Experience:

Previous experience in luxury jewelry sales. Familiarity with managing high-value client relationships. A demonstrated ability to contribute to a team-oriented environment.
