Here's what you can expect as a Jeweler:

This role will give you the opportunity to provide exceptional customer service and perform tasks related to jewelry and watches, including, but not limited to, sizing; stone setting; head replacement; retipping; soldering; jewelry customizations; and more. As part of our Jeweler team in our stores, you will provide a friendly, courteous, and respectful environment that continues to set Max Pawn Luxury apart from the competition.

Other Jeweler duties include, but are not limited to:

• Perform all necessary repairs, inspections, transactions and cleaning of jewelry and watches.

• Accurately assess and estimate jewelry repair costs.

• Helps with the identification of precious metals and stones.

• Consult with customers and Leadership about repairs and/or custom design projects as needed.

• Supports both the jewelry and watches section of the store, as well as other customer service needs.

• Works with leadership to provide guidance to increase profitability as it relates to growing the jewelry and watch business.

Requirements for the Jeweler role include:

As a member of our jeweler team, you must be self-motivated with a positive and outgoing personality and a strong work ethic. Excelling at customer service and relationship building will take you far in your career with Max Pawn Luxury. Additional requirements for the role include:

• High school diploma or GED required, GIA certification is a plus.

• 2+ years of experience working as a jeweler providing skilled services in repair, cleaning of jewelry, watch repair and maintenance. Designing and manufacturing of jewelry a plus.

• Customer service and sales experience

• Computer skills.

• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills; attention to detail and accuracy; and strong organizational and time management skills.

• Able to pass a criminal background check and drug test.

• Adhere to all Company policies, procedures, and regulations.

• Bilingual, a plus
