We are looking for luxury fashion lovers who are extremely detail-oriented and also understand strategic goals.

This position is based in New Jersey, where employees receive the following: free shuttle from the local train station to the office, free or discounted lunch options three times per week, free bagels twice a week, on-site mini mart service for your convenience, and monthly free events with snacks and other giveaways!

REQUIREMENTS

  • You must have an extremely accurate attention to detail, experience in a fast-paced yet extremely friendly environment, and a strong interest in and knowledge of luxury fashion. This position requires the ability to move and lift boxes up to 15 pounds on a regular basis. Experience working with luxury fashion brands a plus

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

  • Receive, Quality Control, and Authenticate luxury consigned product (including footwear, apparel and accessories)

  • Brand Savvy (diffusion lines and current trends)

  • Basic computer and data entry skills

  • Thorough communication skills

  • Ability to work in a fast paced and high volume environment

  • Outstanding work ethic

  • Maintain individual performance metrics including ability to reach daily quota and monthly goals.

  • Excellent organizational & time management skills and acute attention to detail.

  • Preferred minimum 1 year of fashion experience (ecommerce, retail, showroom and internships included).

We are seeking Maintenance Technicians with experience in plumbing, electrical, heating and cooling system management to work in a luxurious high rise, residential property.</p><p><br></p><p>This Maintenance Technician will work in common area and apartment repairs for minor plumbing, HVAC, electrical and carpentry. The perfect candidate will also assist our experienced team of cleaning professionals responsible for all aspects of the property’s maintenance, including the physical grounds, ensuring curb appeal through interior and exterior building inspections, grounds maintenance, and preventive maintenance.
