ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate various OSD student leadership ministries (RS, CGL, MK).
Daily monitor multiple email accounts and ensure appropriate action/follow-up is taken as needed.
Compile multiple weekly reports from ministries for redistribution to staff.
Work closely with Directors and other administrative personnel in the LU Shepherd office to ensure all the student leaders are operating within policy and function as described in guidelines.
Assist the Directors, and the LU Shepherd for MK Scholars with administrative duties as needed.
Develop and foster relationships between LU Shepherd and all LU departments.
Embrace and foster LU's mission within the role of coordinator and team member.
Strictly adheres to Liberty University policies, representing the University in an exemplary manner.
Works effectively as a team member, embracing and fostering LU's Christian model and Mission - Training Champions for Christ.

REQUIRED & PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND CREDENTIALS
Education and Experience:
Four-year college degree.
Two years, or more, of experience in a professional office environment.
Preferred Experience:
Master's degree
Living and working experience within a global environment.
Experience working in higher education.
Data experience in Banner, ASIST, Argo, and INFOR.
Quality assurance experience.
Familiarity working in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Outlook, Excel, and Word.
Aptitude in quickly becoming proficient in new technologies.
ABILITIES AND COMPETENCIES ESSENTIAL TO THE FUNCTION OF THE JOB

Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing to convey clear, well-articulated information.
Ability to understand, speak, and write English in order to convey messages and correspond in an articulate and professional manner.
Possess public communication skills that allow professional representation of Liberty University to a variety of business and community customers and associates.

Occasionally required to travel.
Frequently required to sit for extended periods to perform deskwork or type on a keyboard.

WORKING CONDITIONS
Work Environment
The working environment in which one will typically perform the essential functions of this position is a climate-controlled office setting. It is well lit and the noise level is moderate.
Driving Requirements
Use of one's personal vehicle (or LU vehicles) is required for travel in the performance of the essential functions of this position. Proof of a valid Virginia driver's license, an acceptable DMV record, and liability insurance is required.
