Position: Long Term Substitute Social Studies Teacher
Qualifications: Proper Connecticut teaching certification (Endorsement 026 or 226). Must meet Federal No Child Left Behind Highly Qualified Teacher status.
Responsibilities: Provide effective social studies instruction to middle school students.
Terms of Employment: Position begins April 29, 2024 and ends on the last day of the 2023-2024 school year. Salary and benefits in accordance with the terms of agreement between the Avon Education Association and the Avon Board of Education.
