Full-Time RN Travel or Local Contract - New Richmond, WI LTC/STR Facility

Are you an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) seeking an exciting opportunity to explore new locations while delivering quality care? Look no further! We have an excellent full-time RN contract available at a reputable long-term care (LTC) facility in Wisconsin!

Position: Full-Time RN Contract

Location:New Richmond
, WI

Shift: 2p-10:30p

Hours: 40 hours/week

Length: 12 weeks

Start: ASAP

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional nursing care to residents of the LTC facility
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor and document patient progress and vital signs
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to create and implement care plans
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, policies, and procedures

Requirements:

• Valid RN license in Wisconsin or multistate license
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in a long-term care or rehab setting
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Must pass a 10-panel drug screening prior to start
• Must pass criminal background check. No felonies, must pre-disclose any other previous charges and will be considered on a case by case basis.
• Ability to pass Wisconsin Caregiver Background Check
• Valid Driver's license
