Local and Travel Contracts Available

Shift:6a-6:30p

36 hours/week

Start: ASAP

Length: 6-8 weeks

ITEMS FOR PROFILE:

• Two Manager References from separate facilities, please include their title and facility
• Copy of your BLS
• COVID Immunization card & flu vaccine (if you have one)
• DHHS Adult and Child Abuse self-check 

Once hired we will ask for: (if you have it readily available, it will expedite the process)

Driver’s license

TB (within the last year)

We’ll schedule a drug screen as well as run a criminal background check
