Job Description

Position Summary:

Responsibilities:

The position will consist but not limited to the following:

  • Prepare all necessary foreclosure documentation to submit to the appropriate attorneys' office.

  • Forward properly executed documentation to the appropriate business partner (Attorney, Title Company, etc.) according to business guidelines.

  • Print, audit and review required legal documentation to transfer title for real estate interests from system, audit necessary information on legal documentation against requirements on file checklist.

  • Copy all documentation forwarded to owner and place in account file. Ship documentation according to instructions (U.S. Mail/FedEx).

  • Audit accounts for area of responsibility to ensure they are in process according to bi-weekly reporting, department guidelines.

  • Prepare all necessary recording documentation (i.e. spreadsheets, Satisfaction of Mortgage, etc.) required to submit transfer documentation for recording to the appropriate business partners within five (5)business days of receiving properly executed documents from owner.

  • Ensures information and documentation given to Title Company or attorney is accurate and acceptable for recording requirements.

  • Prepare account(s) for release of inventory by gathering required back-up documentation.

  • Answer incoming phone calls from customers regarding their account(s), legal documents and payment arrangements.

  • Display excellent communication and negotiation skills to resolve issues, represent Vistana in a professional manner in all interactions with internal and external customers.

  • Follow all Federal, State and Local laws and regulations related to job functions.

Requirements:

Skills/Knowledge Requirements:

  • Excellent computer skills specifically Microsoft Excel and Outlook.

  • Working knowledge of financial, real estate, and mortgage documents, title experience required.

  • Knowledge of various bankruptcy and foreclosure regulations.

  • Strong customer service skills, ability to handle phone queue of customer inquiries.

  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.

  • Ability to prioritize and effective time management skills.

  • Ability to adapt to a changing process on a daily/weekly basis.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Must be very detailed oriented.

Education/Experience Requirements:

  • Associate's Degree in/related to Business, Finance, or Law preferred.

  • Minimum (2) years of experience working in the banking, and mortgage industry or law office.

  • Minimum (2) years of customer service.

In keeping with our goal of bringing Nemours care into the communities we serve, we also provide specialty outpatient care in several clinics located throughout the region This position is responsible for: A program coordinator under the direction of the Director for Nursing Professional Excellence, is responsible for the coordination, development, implementation, and evaluation of programs in collaboration and at the direction of other departmental team members and other departments within the hospital and community in the areas of Magnet related activities and academic & career advancement (i.e. RN New Graduate Residency program).
