This is a 9-month position. Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED, and must meet all current and applicable local, state, and federal licensing requirements for Registered Nursing or Licensed Practical Nursing and any certifications based on school requirements. A detailed job description is attached.

A nurse that protects and promotes student health. Ability to work alone and with others.

Ability to communicate with parents, physicians, care givers, staff, and the community. Experience with students with acute and chronic health conditions. Ability to make decisions and act in an emergency situation compentently.

Provide first aid care, administer medications, formulate care plans, assess and document proficiently. Experience with various health screenings. Experience or capability to educate and train.
