CommuniCare Health Services is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to serve as LPN Wound Nurse for Crystal Creek Health and Rehabilitation Center. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• Must possess a current license as a LPN in the state where the center is located.

• Prior supervisory experience, preferably in a long-term care center.

• Wound Care certification and/or experience preferred.

• Prior experience, education, and/or certification that would qualify for a QI/Infection Control nursing role.
