Position Summary The L.P.N. functions in a team relationship in order to contribute to the nursing process in collaboration with the Registered Nurse. #Performs direct and indirect patient care functions. #Provides care and cleaning of specific equipment, stocking of supplies and equipment and the transportation of patients and other duties as assigned. Minimum Requirements # ###NJ LPN License # ###BLS certification from the American Heart Association # ###Intermediate computer skills, excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills # ###Must be able to walk and stand for extended periods with the ability to lift, push and pull # Additional information # ###To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Minimum Requirements

• NJ LPN License
