LPN - School Nurse - Full Time/School Year

Nashoba Valley Technical High School is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic LPN School Nurse to join our caring and collaborative community of teachers, learners, and leaders. Nashoba Valley Technical High School is proudly serving students from our district towns of Ayer, Chelmsford, Groton, Littleton, Pepperell, Shirley, Townsend, and Westford, Massachusetts.

• LPN position will work with the DESE certified School Nurse

• Current MA LPN licensure is required

• Current first aid and CPR certification

• Experience with school-age nursing, young adult experience preferred

• Current understanding of health issues in school-age children

• Familiarity with public health requirements for public schools

• Adequate skill with computer to manage computerized health data system

• Commitment to health and well-being of school-age children

• Willingness to be a member of a system health-care team

• Ability to work well with staff, parents and students

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
