About the job LPN Private Duty Nurse One of our leading healthcare industry client is actively looking for motivated Private Duty Nurse LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) for multiple locations in Pennsylvania. Locations: Beaver, Bloomsburg, Cranberry, Elizabethtown, Ephrata, Erie, Harrisburg, Hazleton, Lancaster, Lebanon, Lititz, Long Pond, Pittsburgh, Quarryville and Williamsport DUTIES Provide one to one care to infants, children, and adolescents in a home environment Execution of physician's prescribed plan of care and compliant documentation of care in system of record.

Administration of prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies. Patient assessments and coordination of care. Health, promotion, teaching, and training of family members.
