Maxim Healthcare Services is on the lookout for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to provide 1:1 care for patients all throughout Rhode Island, both at home and in school. We offer flexible scheduling all throughout the state for days, evenings, or overnights for a schedule of your choice.

Your Impactful Role:

• Utilize the nursing process for comprehensive patient care

• Conduct focused interviews to identify specific patient needs

• Assess signs and symptoms, documenting nursing diagnoses

• Perform other LPN duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Current LPN License in Rhode Island

• Current Health Certificate

• Current MMR, VAR, TDAP

• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray

• Current BLS card
