LPN Or RN For Adolescent Treatment Center

Job Opening: LPN or RN' for residential treatment centers for adolescents. 

Location: Phoenix, AZSchedule:Thursday/Friday/Sunday-7:00PM-7:30AM Duties:1.  Administer health assessments and complete necessary forms2.  Administer and read TB tests3.  Provide health education on a variety of topics to clients, including but not limited to: general health care, medication, diabetes, safe sex, dual diagnosis, and nutrition4.  Observes medication procedures and makes recommendations5.  Keep staff appraised of any potential client issues6.  Medical records documentation as requiredRequirements:1.  Registered Nurse (RN)2.  Experience working in a mental health facility, highly desired3.  Driver's license, clean driving record and car insurance.4.  Ability to pass a strict background check from the DOJ/FBI fingerprint clearance.Compensation: RN's: $43-$48 per hour plus $3 differential for overnight shiftLPN's: 1-2 years  $33/hr3-4 years  $344-6 years  $356-8 years $368-10 years $3710+ years $38
