Full time: .9 FTE (36 hours per week)

Night shift: 7p

Our Medical Surgical 4C department is a 20 bed unit which cares for a variety of high acuity patient needs. The patient population includes general medical surgical patients, is telemetry capable, with an excellent opportunity to expand your skills. Included in the focus of care are acute renal failure, post-surgical patients, as well. To be successful in this unit, you must be empathetic, confident, able to adapt quickly, have critical thinking skills to assess patient needs, with a desire to continuously learn and develop your skills!

Requirements and qualifications:

• ASN minimum

• Valid Indiana RN license

• BLS within 90 days from hire

• Additional certifications completed within 90 days

• 6 months from hire

• Hiring new grads to experienced RN's
