As part of the Spring Creek Team, you will be responsible for the care and needs of our many residents and patients. If you want to make a difference in the lives of others, than Spring Creek is where you should be Job responsibilities of our Nurses includes but is not limited to the following:

Administer medications and document therapeutic effects Take vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration) Provides services as indicated on resident treatment and service plans Participate in facility surveys (inspection's) made by authorized government agencies as may be requested. Admit, transfer, and discharge residents as required. Encourage attending physicians to review treatment plans, record and sign their orders, progress notes, etc., in accordance with established policies.

Complete accident/incident reports as necessary Other duties as assigned Skills: Valid Ohio Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse License Up to date BLS CPR certification Willingness to work weekends and holidays Exceptional staff training and customer service skills Compassionate and friendly demeanor Spring Creek is an equal opportunity employer.
