• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with activities of daily living.

• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.

• Perform specialized procedures such as gastric lavage, sterile processing, and dialysis.

• Conduct discharge planning and coordinate post-hospital care for patients.

• Provide care for patients with special needs, including those with physical or developmental disabilities.

• Administer treatments and therapies as prescribed by physicians.

• Document patient information accurately and maintain medical records using electronic health record systems such as Cerner and Athenahealth.
