QUALIFICATIONS:

Graduate of an accredited school of practical nursing. Licensed as a practical nurse in the State of New Hampshire Trained and certified#biennially in BLS Healthcare Provider Level CPR.

JOB PURPOSE:

Acute Rehab Hospital Level of Care
