The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) performs a variety of professional nursing duties in compliance with the Comprehensive Home Care /Skilled Nursing Facility regulations and follows established policies and procedures at our facility in Minneapolis, MN.

Responsibilities/Job Description Provides professional nursing cares and treatments Monitors work and performance of unlicensed staff Maintains current observation and documentation of resident health status Qualifications Required: MN LPN licensure AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuers (3 week grace period for BLS) Able to work independently Good communication and interpersonal skills Preferred: Comfortable using Microsoft windows and electronic charting systems Work experience in a patient support role, LPN or RN Good written and verbal communication skills to engage with residents Need help finding the right job?
