Overview

• Ebenezer offers a robust compensation package with generous benefits and wages ranging from $36 - $45 (RNs) and $29 - $38 (LPNs) per hour. All Wage determinations will be based on similar experience.

Ebenezer is looking for a Registered Nurse - RN or Licensed Practical Nurse- LPN whom would provide personal cares to improve and/or maintain the senior residents' physical and emotional well-being for our seniors living in our beautiful and active Assisted Living (Aurora on France) building in Edina, MN!

Nursing schedule includes;

• Full-time; 64 hours in two weeks

• Shift is 9am-5:30pm. 8 hours with 1/2 hour lunch break. Days

• Every Other Weekend

Aurora on France is a new, innovative senior living community attached to Fairview Southdale Hospital in the heart of Edina, MN. Located conveniently near Hwy. 62 and France Ave. and is on a bus line. Responsibilities/Job Description

• Monitors personal cares provided to assure consistency with each individual Care Plan

• Coordinates medications and performs treatments per physician orders and facility policies

• RN or LPN - Assesses care plans, resident goals and revises, modify as needed

• Provides reports and documentation related to incidents, change of status and cares provided

Qualifications

Required:

• Current MN RN license or by start date or LPN Licensure/Registered with the MN Board of Nursing
• AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuers
• (3 week grace period for BLS)

Preferred:

• Comfortable using Microsoft windows and electronic charting systems

• Work experience in a patient support role, LPN or RN

• Good written and verbal communication skills to get along with residents, families and physicians or providers

• Ability to work with and have sensitivity to the needs of the geriatric population
