Hastings Senior Health & Living, a 5-star rated, 72-bed long-term care campus, is hiring LPNs to join our team! In this role, you will help care for our residents in TCU and long term care. If you have the desire to help others live their fullest life possible, then please join our team!

Full-Time Shifts: Evening 2:30pm

• 11:00pm, EOW NOC 10:30pm

• 7:00am

Part-Time Shifts: Evening 2:30pm

• 11:00pm.

Bonus: Full-Time is eligible for a $10,000 Bonus. Part-Time is eligible for a $5,000 Bonus.

Nurse responsibilities:

• Display a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff.

• Coordinate, oversee, and provide resident-related care for assisted living and memory care residents.

• Administer medications and/or treatments in accordance with physician's orders and monitors for effectiveness/response.

• Manage medications, supplies, and equipment including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures.

• Document care using computerized medication administration and charting software.

• Notify Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, and takes follow up action as necessary.

• Monitor nursing personnel on duty during the assigned shift.

• Perform additional tasks as required.

Nurse skills and requirements:

• Must have a current MN license and be in good standing.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Ability to prioritize tasks.

• Skills in problem definition and resolution.

• Ability to focus all efforts toward quality resident care.
