Position Summary:

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will provide patient care using the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Addressing the patient's and family's physical, psychosocial, and religious/cultural needs is crucial. Effective communication with the healthcare team about changes in patient conditions is essential.

Minimum Qualification

• A High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.

• Two years of college or a nursing diploma from an approved nursing program is required.

• Upon hire, American Heart Association endorsed (BLS) is required.

Performs basic nursing skills.

• Provides personal care activities for patients or residents.

• Take directives from the Registered or Licensed Practical Nurses

• Practices within the nursing assistant's scope and according
