Columbine Commons Health and Rehab is located at 1325 Main Street Windsor, Colorado and offers furnished private rooms designed to provide comfort for individuals requiring short-term rehabilitation following hospitalization or for long-term care, or end of life care/hospice care.

COMPENSATION

• Starting wage $25.00 - $30.75

• Shift differential

• Full-time or Part-time

• Schedule to be discussed at interview

QUALIFICATIONS

• Nursing degree from an accredited college or university

• Clear unencumbered license from the State of Colorado as an LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse.

• Current CPR Certification

• New Grad LPN's Welcome as well as any licensed nurse within a hospital, long-term care or any other related healthcare facility.

• Excellent communication skills
