LPN Charge Nurse Assisted Living - Days (Full Time)

Pay Rate: $32-$41 Based on experience

Schedule: Monday-Friday FT 6:00AM-2:30PM

Who you are:

• Current LPN license in Arizona
• Must hold a valid CPR certification and be trained in AED procedures
• 6 months nursing experience in a long-term care setting preferred
• Current Food Handlers Certification

Job Description

Our nurses are key members of our team who provide direct care to residents to enhance their quality of life. As a Charge Nurse your responsibility includes the overall nursing care/service, with administration of medications, treatments, documentation and emergency calls, as indicated.

PRINCIPLE DUTIES:

Supervises direct care of residents and nursing personnel.

• Administers direct care as necessary.
• Gives and receives shift reports.
• Rounds twice a shift to assure proper care is rendered in a safe and clean environment.
• Keeps physicians and families aware of changes in resident's condition.
• Assists in developing comprehensive care plans.
