Job Description

Join our dedicated team as an LPN Care Coordinator, where you will provide safe and effective delivery of uncomplicated clinical services and tasks under the direction and continuous supervision of a licensed health care provider. You will have the opportunity to facilitate visit processes by providing appropriate clinical and non-clinical information. Your role also includes maintaining the sterility and cleanliness of the environment, as well as managing supplies, equipment, and instruments. Your contribution will not only be clinical; you will also support and perform clerical functions as needed and carry out other duties as assigned.

Hard Skills

• LPN License Required

• Psychiatric Experience Preferred

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Newport News, Virginia and does require flexibility to travel to Norfolk, Virginia occasionally.

Work Environment

Our LPN Care Coordinator position is based in the Outpatient Department located at the main hospital. You can enjoy a balanced work-life with our schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30AM-4:30PM with a 30-minute lunch break. Plus, no weekends, no holidays, and no night shift!
