Job Details

Responsibilities will include:

• Comprehensive quality resident/patient care within the unit and management of unit under the guidance and supervision of a Registered Nurse

• Carry out clinical and professional duties within the LPN scope of practice

• Administers routine services

Requirements:

• Diploma from an accredited LPN program and current NYS LPN license required

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• BCLS/CPR training and current certification required from: American Heart Association or American Red Cross.

• Proficiency with care tasks such as safe medication administration, aseptic technique, etc.

• Advanced proficiency using EPIC is a plus

• Previous Long Term care experience preferred

Salary Range

USD $40.00 - USD $50.00 /Hr.

This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experience and specialty. The salary range or rate listed does not include differential pay or other forms of compensation.
