Summary of Position:
The Crew Leader position oversees training and guidance of all LPI Equipment Operators while providing a high standard of safety at LPI. This role regularly communicates with customers at well site, manages crew personnel, and supports their progression. Safety is always a point of focus, as this position leads safety meetings and ensures compliance is met with all CNG equipment according to industry regulations.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Maintains class A CDL with HAZMAT preferred.
Must pass the CNG certification from the Railroad Commission of Texas.
Knowledgeable with all CNG equipment, tools, and services offered in the districts.
Knowledge of Field gas treating and processing equipment.
Knowledge of natural gas composition/gas quality, measurement facilities and gas treatment equipment.
Knowledge of DOT regulations regarding tractor and trailer operations.
Able to perform all CNG related tasks as needed.
Knowledgeable of Company policies and HSE standards.

Primary Responsibilities:
Trains and guides LPI Equipment Operators.
Prepares and supervises the load out of equipment for the job.
Manages the field crew, directs, supports their progression and operations both in the field and compressor station.
Maintains regular communication with LPI District Manager, Frac Crews, Maintenance Team, Customers and Logistic Coordinator to ensure smooth and complete operations.
Ensures all safety procedures are followed by the team.
Fills out service orders and all other job-related paperwork completely and correctly.
Operates and maintains assigned specialized CNG equipment according to service operating procedures.
Performs all duties in compliance with both customer/company policies and procedures to meet applicable industry regulations.
Maintains required safety equipment certifications and ensures all equipment is fit for job conditions.
Leads safety meetings to identify risks and hazards.
Supports the quality related performance and fully investigates all incidents.
Completes the non-conformance report to identify lessons learned and strive for continuous improvements.
Utilizes competency processes to improve service quality.
Ensures certifications are active and up to date.
Demonstrates knowledge of company policies, HSE standards, and service operating procedures.

Working Conditions/Environment:

Salary:
$105,000/Yr - $135,000/Yr
Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
